570 Coulee is a membership-supported community wellness hub for adults 55+.
Membership gives you a place to connect, belong, and enjoy our 18-acre property, shared spaces, social activities, and gatherings.
What Your Membership Covers
Your annual membership gives you access to our facilities and community during open hours.
Social activities in our approximately 3,000 sq. ft. community space, with comfortable fireside seating, a covered porch, patio, and outdoor gazebo.
Open meadows, vineyard rows, acres of forest, and raised garden beds.
Coffee socials, card games, book circles, tabletop games, and community discussions.
Casual walking groups, acoustic jam sessions, and open outdoor gathering spaces.
As an active 570 Coulee member, you receive early notification and priority registration for upcoming workshops and classes.
Specialized Classes & Workshops
Separate Registration & Materials Fees
To bring in skilled guest instructors and offer hands-on projects, certain specialized classes, workshops, and multi-week courses require separate advance registration and a modest fee to cover tools, materials, and supplies.
- Structured woodworking and power-tool project builds in the Maker's Shed
- Guided arts and crafts courses such as watercolor painting, pottery, upholstery, or specialized fiber arts
- Organized day trips
- Special guest-led learning series
Your Rhythm and Interests
We believe 570 Coulee should fit your life naturally.
In our membership form, you can share the rhythm that works best for your schedule — whether you prefer mornings, afternoons, or evenings; specific days of the week; or an occasional routine.
You can also let us know the activities and spaces that spark your curiosity, including coffee and socializing, cards and games, book clubs, woodworking and the Maker's Shed, gardening, nature, and more.
There is no required schedule. You choose the pace and participate as you like.

Annual Member
Your dues directly support day-to-day hospitality, utilities, morning coffee, and ongoing operations.
Founding Charter 100
A lifetime of belonging. Limited to the first 100 founding members.

After You Join
Three days after registration, members receive a short Vitality Snapshot, an 8-question survey that helps 570 Coulee design meaningful programs, better understand community needs, and report collective impact to grantors and foundation partners.
We'll also welcome you to 570 Coulee for orientation, coffee, and an introduction to our spaces, upcoming schedule, and volunteers.
